What kind of home clothes do we need?
First of all, home-made robes and dresses for pregnant women come to mind. They are good because they do not squeeze anything, do not get drunk, do not bring discomfort. Perhaps, this is the most versatile form of home clothes, and for future mothers it fits perfectly.
Some, however, do not like bathrobes, preferring home suits for pregnant women, which includes pants and t-shirts or loose shirts. This is quite acceptable, even more so if you are more comfortable and more familiar with it. Just make sure that the elastic band of trousers does not press into the growing abdomen.
Also in the category of home clothes include pajamas and nightgowns. All the same recommendations - they should not hold you down, put pressure on your stomach, bring discomfort.
What should I look for?
Any set of household linen for pregnant women should be selected in accordance with the recommendations of doctors. First of all, it concerns the material of manufacture. Preferred are natural, breathable fabrics, such as cotton and linen. In the composition there should be a little elastin, so that the clothes stretch and repeat your rounded body shapes.
On the second place - the cut of clothes. It should be free, created specially for the tummy. If it's trousers - then with a wide rubber band in the front, if the dress is with a free hem. On night things, stitches in the abdomen are undesirable.
