The liver is thoroughly washed, cut off the excess film, put it in boiling water, add salt to taste and cook until ready for about 30 minutes. Then the liver is cooled and shredded straws. Carrots are cleaned, three on a large grater, and finely chopped onions and fry vegetables in vegetable oil for 10 minutes. Pickled cucumbers are crushed into cubes. Now mix all the ingredients, pepper and add olive mayonnaise. Stir well and serve ready salad to the table.

So, first boil the chicken liver in salted water, after which we cut it with thin straws. Cucumbers finely shred. Carrots thoroughly washed, boiled, cleaned and rubbed on a coarse grater. Shredded rays of the ray passeruem to golden in oil. Eggs are boiled, cleaned, we separate proteins from yolks. Squirrels are rubbed on a coarse grater, and the yolks are left to decorate the salad.

Now we start spreading the ingredients in layers: first a little liver, fried onion, pickled cucumbers, carrots and squirrels. All the layers are blotted with mayonnaise and repeat the sequence again. Ready lettuce is decorated with grated yolk, we remove the dish for 2 hours in the fridge, and then we put a delicious liver salad with cucumbers on the table.

Cod liver salad with cucumber

Rinse the rice several times, and then boil until cooked in slightly salted water. Eggs separately cook hard-boiled, clean and cut into small cubes. Fresh cucumber, shred well with a peeled onion. From the cod liver, merge excess oil, and knead the liver with a fork.

When all the ingredients are prepared, start spreading the salad layers in the following order: first rice, then liver, onion, even layer of mayonnaise, egg, cucumber and mayonnaise again. From the top decorate the salad with grated egg yolks, give a little bit of it and serve it on the table.
