Kindergarten of a home type: features of legal regulation
To organize a private home kindergarten, you must meet the following conditions:
- the organizer should be a woman with a pedagogical education or with experience in pre-school, since an important role is played by knowledge of the specifics of work in such institutions, the features of child psychology, diet, hygienic standards, etc .;
- it can be organized in the apartment of one of the parents, at the home of a woman offering the appropriate services, or in a rented room (the room should be large - at least 6 sq.m. per each baby);
- when establishing such a kindergarten, you can only get permission to organize leisure activities, but not preschool education (since in a usual sense, a kindergarten can only be called an institution operating in a non-residential premises designed specifically for work with children, which has all the necessary permits, licenses, etc.);
- to start work you need to make an estimate and calculate all costs, taxes and provide for the possibility of unforeseen expenses, on the basis of what will be assigned a fee for visiting;
- groups may be formed of different ages (by family type) from 4 to 10 children.
Home treatment in kindergarten should be respected with due regard for all safety requirements. The collective of its employees can be formed from the parents of children attending it, which contribute to its functioning (for example, they prepare food, conduct classes, clean, purchase everything necessary, make out documentation, etc.).
A mini kindergarten at home should provide 3-4 meals a day, which should depend on the preferences of the children, and be tailored to the standards developed by pediatricians. Also with the kids should be classes. Required to walk in the fresh air.
Kindergarten at home: the cost of a visit
The cost of visiting a kindergarten organized at home is always higher than municipal, but lower than private . It is due to all current expenses for the maintenance of children and, to a lesser extent, the desire to receive income. In most cases this is what attracts parents.
It is important to determine the cost when concluding a contract, which must be drawn up in duplicate. In cash, a cash receipt must be issued. With non-cash payment, funds are transferred to the personal account of the founder. As a rule, the visit is paid for a month in advance, so that you can buy everything you need for the kids.
