How to cook pancakes?

Draniki is a simple, but very tasty and nutritious dish, originally appeared in the Belarusian culinary tradition. Currently, pancakes are being prepared all over the world in various interpretations. Draniki are good for breakfast, lunch, lunch and dinner. You can take them with you and on a picnic - this dish is convenient to eat without a plate and even a fork.

Potato pancakes

When all the ingredients are mixed, put the frying pan on the fire and abundantly grease it with lard already hot. Carefully form the pancakes right on a hot frying pan with a tablespoon. Fry them on medium-low heat, then turn over the spatula. Ruddy, warm or cool, draniki served well with sour cream, with a hot broth, tea.

Dranicks in the oven

If you have enough patience, you do not like fried or sit on a diet, you can cook pancakes in the oven. To do this, grease the baking sheet with melted fat or butter and make a table spoon of pancakes, spreading them at a distance of 5-7 cm from each other. Put the baking tray in the oven and cook the pancakes for 30 minutes over medium heat. Then you can sprinkle pancakes with grated cheese and put in the oven to sink at medium-low temperature for another 20-30 minutes.

You can cook squash potatoes - it's also very tasty. In addition, zucchini contain more useful fiber and less carbohydrates than potatoes.

We will fry on medium heat in a heated frying pan, abundantly greased with bacon. Brush up to a golden-brown shade and turn the spatula on the other side. Squash pancakes are served well with sour cream or sour-garlic sauce.

Draniki with chicken

You can prepare and draniki with stuffing - for example, with chicken.

We peeled the peeled potatoes on a grater, the fillets are cut very finely (you can use a chopper). All the ingredients are mixed. Heat the frying pan profusely grease. We form the draniki with a spoon and fry them from both sides to a golden brown hue. After this, it is best to protect each shipment in a frying pan under the lid, as the meat is cooked longer.

You can cook pancakes with meat and even fish minced meat. At the same time, it is possible to form a flat pancake from a vegetable dough directly on a heated frying pan, then apply a piece of minced meat to the center with a spoon, and then top with another layer of vegetable dough, press down with a spatula and fry on both sides.

Sauce for draniki is best served with sour-garlic. Although options are possible, for example, garlic-butter sauce without sour cream or garlic-cream sauce. Perfectly combine draniki with other sauces: tkemali, satsibeli, tartar or simply with homemade mayonnaise.
