Another pizza has the right to be called Mexican, when it is cooked with the addition of classic Mexican ingredients or simply has a sharp, piquant taste. Pass the chopped onion for 5 minutes and add to it minced meat and chopped peppers with garlic. Season the meat with chili, cumin and salt, after which we continue to fry until ready.

Beat the beans with a blender, and distribute the resulting paste into corn tortillas. On top of the bean paste layer, lay out the roasted minced meat and sprinkle all the cheese. From the top, lay out the vegetable salsa and cover everything with a second tortillas cake. We bake Mexican pizza for 10 minutes, preliminary bringing the temperature of the oven to 180 degrees. For a couple of minutes until ready, cover the top of the pizza with sliced ​​tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. When the cheese melts, shift the dish onto a plate, sprinkle with green onions and olives.

Now we take up salsa. Knife finely chopped seed-cleaned tomatoes with hot peppers, a handful of parsley and red onions. We cut the sausages into rings and fry them until they are ready and the appearance of a characteristic golden brown crust.

Once all the ingredients are ready, roll out the dough and grease it with bean sauce. We spread salsa, rings of sharp sausages, corn on top. Sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and put in a preheated oven to 220 ° C. The cooking time varies from 5 to 7 minutes.
