Make scented soap from the coffee grounds!
Never throw away the remains of coffee grounds! You can find it an excellent use, making a small soap for yourself or your loved one who likes to drink a cup - another strong coffee and give a charge of vivacity you will not only drink, but also soap. It excellently exfoliates the skin and gives a pleasant smell for a long time, leaving the skin tender and clean. Do you want to have a store of coffee soap? To do this, you need a glycerin soap without perfume, which you can find in almost any grocery store and a few simple ingredients
You will need:
- 200 g of glycerin soap;
- ΒΌ cup of used coffee grounds;
- 1 tsp vanilla;
- 1 tsp milk powder (optional);
- 1 glass of water;
- small saucepan;
- small metal or glass bowl;
- molds for cupcakes.
Stages:
1. Prepare everything you need to make soap. You can use any kind of soap base, but glycerin soap better moisturizes the skin. Dry milk makes the mass homogeneous, but this ingredient is optional.
Build a small steamer by pouring one glass of water into a pan and laying a metal or glass bowl on top and heat it on medium temperature. Then add the soap in the bowl and let it completely melt from the steam from the bottom. It takes only a few minutes.
2. While the soap is melting, lightly oil the four molds for the cupcakes so that the soap does not stick to them, and pour very little coffee grounds into each mold. When the soap completely melts, turn off the stove, add 1 tsp to it. vanilla and 1 tsp. coffee grounds, you can also add milk powder and then mix.
3. Now gently spill the soap over the molds, filling them completely. Allow the soap to cool for several hours, then pull it out of the molds with a small knife. If you make soap for a gift, then you can wrap it in parchment paper and arrange it according to your desire.
4. Remember that it is desirable to store such soap in the soap dish to avoid unwanted coffee stains.
