Why do we need a dream?

Today we all understand that in a dream our souls do not get off and do not fly away to other worlds, as our ancestors thought. In fact, a dream is a natural state of living beings, during which there is a sorting of accumulated information, the restoration of brain forces, the production of biologically active substances that strengthen our protective system and other important processes.

And although the mechanism of sleep to the end has not been studied, it is clear that the importance of this state can not be overestimated. Only after a strong and sufficient time for sleep, our body is able to be again alert, and our psyche is kept healthy and balanced.

We all heard that in a dream a person spends a third of his life. And when someone becomes sorry for this time and he tries to stay awake more to manage more, eventually he encounters the consequences of a regular lack of sleep.

Such consequences are a decrease in the sense of humor, an increase in irritability, memory impairment, a decrease in reaction speed, isolation and a looping around on problems. In addition, chronic diseases can become aggravated.

A bad dream is a direct way to strokes, heart attacks and other problems with the cardiovascular system. Lack of sleep leads not only to a decrease in working capacity, but also to nervous disorders. Only in a dream our brain can get rid of "garbage" in the form of unnecessary proteins.

What should I do to get enough sleep?

For daily normal sleep you need to follow simple rules:

Peresyp, as well as nedosyp, can negatively affect a condition of an organism. Therefore, try to sleep no more and not less than 7-8 hours a day. Women are allowed to add one more hour, because they are more emotional. For children, it is necessary to withstand a 10-hour sleep in order to avoid the syndrome of hyperactivity and reduced attention .
