Chocolate is broken into pieces, loaded together with butter in a bowl or a small saucepan and placed in a container of hot water in a water bath. We hold on fire, stirring, until the components are completely dissolved and a homogeneous mass is obtained, and then remove from heat and allow to cool. We beat two eggs and a half of sugar, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar to a splendor, pour into a chocolate mixture, pour the sifted flour with baking powder and mix it until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Whisk the remaining eggs and sugar well, add soft cottage cheese rubbed through a strainer and break it with a mixer until it is smooth and homogeneous.

Cherry berries, if necessary, defrost and squeeze from excess juice.

In an oily form, pour one third of the dough, level, spread half the curd mixture and distribute half of the cherry berries. Now, again, pour the third part of the dough, level it with a spatula, cover with the remaining cottage cheese and cherries. Next, lay out the remaining dough on top and determine the shape in a heated oven for 180 minutes for fifty minutes or until ready, which we check on a dry wooden beam.

We connect the eggs with sugar and a pinch of salt and break with a mixer or whisk. Add vanilla sugar, melted and cooled butter and mix until homogeneous. Now we sift the flour with the baking powder and the cocoa powder, add it to the egg-and-oil mixture and knead it nicely until we get rid of the flour balls. At the end of the batch, we introduce pre-ground nuts.

We put the mass in a pre-oiled form and place it in a heated oven for 180 minutes for thirty minutes, no more. If the Brownie is overexposed, it will not turn damp inside, as it should, but it will become dryish.

If desired, after cooling, you can cover the brownie with chocolate glaze and sprinkle with nuts.

We divide the black chocolate into pieces, add it to a bowl, add butter and determine it in a water bath in a container of boiling water. We hold the mixture on fire, stirring, until the content is completely dissolved and converted into a homogeneous smooth mass. Then add the eggs, sugar powder, sifted flour with baking powder, a pinch of salt and mix well.

Now put the mass in a pre-oiled form, on the bottom of which we will additionally lay out the parchment. Cherries if necessary defrost, let the juice drain, squeeze lightly and mix with starch. We distribute the berries on the surface of the pie, slightly pritaplivaya. You can also mix the dough with the cherry, and then put it all together in a mold.

Determine brownies with cherries for twenty minutes in a heated to 200 degrees oven, and then reduce the temperature regime to 160 degrees and bake for another twenty to thirty minutes, depending on the size of the form.
