At first I did not feel particularly heavy, it was even a little funny. But after a while you realize that your body is heavier and moving is much more difficult. Usually it is an omelet only from proteins and toast from sprouted grains with peanut butter and still avocado. An hour later I go to study in the hall, and after playing golf for about an hour. But before that I drink a protein shake on my own prescription. "

The actor noticed that he was aware that he should protect his health:

"Recently, I do not really load myself. During my career, I got a lot of injuries, and I would have liked to play with my sons in basketball and football for many more years. I'm no longer interested in the size of the muscles, the main goal is to be in great shape, but without harm to health. After the golf, I return home and help my wife to collect the children to school and prepare breakfast for them. And for myself all day I cook burgers with turkey and salad. We dine at home, with the whole family. I do not go to restaurants and clubs. Supper, in the main, is a cook. Unfortunately, my wife does not shine culinary skills. And if I'm on a diet, then from dinner, I get only a stunning flavor. After that I help the children to take a bath and read to them before going to bed. And at 9 pm I usually am already in bed. "
