Continue stirring until a dense mass forms in the pan. Reduce heat and cook for a few more minutes until the dough begins to separate well from the sides of the dishes.

Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the dough into a bowl for cooling. When it becomes warm, drive in one egg, each time stirring well. You should get a uniform shiny dough, which will easily "crawl" from the spoon. Dipped in a teaspoonful of water, place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake in an oven heated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes, then reduce the heat to 160 degrees and hold for another 10-15 minutes.
