Strawberries are washed, remove the stems and cut in half. Then, from the total amount of strawberries, we separate just over half of it and put it in a blender. Add a little sugar and whisk until smooth. We put a little marsala, pour out the rest of the strawberries, mix and put for half an hour in the fridge. This time we mix the cheese "Mascarpone" with sugar powder and vanilla extract.

Now go to the preparation of the dough. To do this, whisk a good egg with sugar and vanilla to a light smooth foam. Then we pour out the flour accurately and very carefully and slowly mix everything. To ensure that the cake does not crack when folding, add a little warm water to the dough. Next, take the pallet, cover it with baking paper, pour the dough into a mold and spread it with a scoop. After that, we send the biscuit for 15 minutes in the oven and bake at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Finished biscuit cake carefully shifted to baking paper, sprinkled with sugar, remove the top layer of paper and wait for the cake to cool. Lubricate the surface with cheese cream, spread out the filling or strawberry jam and roll the roll.
