To begin with, let us briefly recall how to boil the crumbly rice correctly. After thorough washing with cold water, pour the rice in a pan in an approximate proportion of 2: 3 or 2: 4, cook after boiling without stirring for 8 to 20 minutes (depending on the variety and the desired digestion). The remains of the water are gently drained, you can rinse the finished rice with boiled water, now it only remains to fill it with gravy. It is better to cook it in advance, to serve the dish warm and that the rice does not stick together.

We cut finely peeled onions, sweet peppers and chicken. In a deep frying pan, warm the oil well and fry immediately on medium-high heat for 5 minutes. In the process, the pan is shaken periodically and we often mix the fried products with a shovel. We pour rice vodka, season with hot red pepper and put it under the lid for 15 minutes.

Mix the soy sauce with lime or lemon juice, add the chopped garlic and pour into the frying pan. Add chopped greens and mix everything.

Here is the gravy and is ready - you can weld rice in parallel on the second burner, fill it and serve it to the table. Everything turned out quickly and deliciously.

We cut the pulp pulp by small oblong pieces and boil in a small amount of water for no more than 15 minutes, then throw it back in a colander or a sieve. Cook the pumpkin, flesh avocado fruit, garlic and greens with a blender (or with the help of a combine, meat grinder) to a state of homogeneous puree. Pineapple and banana can be included in the composition. Add cream, lemon juice and season with grated nutmeg. You can, if you want, add to this sauce the burning red pepper and other spices (cinnamon, cloves) in the ground form.
