Ingredients:

Preparation
Fillet of my salmon, dried, rubbed with salt and pepper and baked in foil in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, we boil spaghetti in salted water. When they are ready, merge the water. Prepare the sauce: in a frying pan, melt the butter over low heat, add cream, tomato, salt to taste. Rvem hand on small pieces of salmon fillet, add it to the sauce and bring everything to a boil. Then put the spaghetti into a sauce, stir and shake the chopped parsley. Italian pasta with salmon is ready!
Pasta with salmon and broccoli
Ingredients:
- flat long paste - 350 g;
- salmon fillet - 300 g;
- broccoli 250 g;
- olive oil - 20 g;
- cherry tomatoes - 5 pcs .;
- grated Parmesan - 100 g;
- sour cream - 100 g;
- milk - 200 g;
- flour - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Pasta cook until ready, but watch out so that it is not digested. Divide into inflorescences of broccoli and cook for about 3 minutes. Fillet of salmon cut into pieces and fry, then add to it boiled broccoli and cherry tomatoes, cut in half. In cold milk, we dissolve flour, sour cream, add grated Parmesan, mix it, salt it to taste. The resulting mixture is poured into a pan with fish, broccoli and tomatoes. Stirring, bring to a boil. On paste put the resulting sauce.
Pasta with smoked salmon
Ingredients:
- paste - 300 g;
- smoked salmon - 400 g;
- onion medium - 1 pc .;
- olive oil - 100 g;
- white dry wine - 120 ml;
- cream of 22% fat content - 200 g;
- hard cheese - 100 g;
- green onions - 30 g.
Preparation
Boil the paste in salted water with the addition of 20 g of olive oil. Onion finely chopped and fried in olive oil, add the cut fish into pieces and stirring, stir-fry for 3 minutes. Now add the wine to the frying pan, bring it to the boil and simmer until half the liquid has evaporated. Then add the cream and grated cheese on a fine grater. Stir, simmer the sauce until thick. Put the paste in the pan, mix and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
