Laura and Kate
Brand Rodarte was created by American sisters Laura and Kate Mallivi. In school years, girls were fond of sewing clothes for their favorite dolls. Then, after graduating from the University of California and returning home, the girls themselves engaged in learning the basics of cut and design. Having created 10 models, the sisters went to conquer New York. In 2005, the first collection of beginning designers was presented at the spring fashion week show.
In 2007, designers receive an order for a clothing line for the famous brand Gap. 2009 is the collection for Target. Next comes a number of collections for various well-known brands. And in 2012, designers create their own collection of shoes Rodarte.
