They fly on people, on food, with sudden movements perceive you as a danger and mercilessly sting. And if you swallow a wasp together with food, then from a bite in the throat from the inside you can completely choke.

How to get rid of the national means?

How to get rid of these dangerous and painful insects? First of all, you need to remove their nest. But it's absolutely impossible to do it yourself at the height of the season. Time for finding and removing the nest is early spring or late autumn when the wasps are hibernating. The removed nest should be burnt, and the place of its attachment should be treated with potassium permanganate.

But if you missed these terms, then the struggle with the wasps by the people's means will be as follows:

  1. The construction of traps and baits : cut the plastic bottle, thread the narrow end into a wide one, to which they pre-poured something sweet, odorous and viscous. The wasps will fly to the smell, fly into a trap and get stuck there. And even if as a bait you have a liquid sour compote in which the wasps are not tied up, they are unlikely to be able to find a way out.
  2. Wetting the curtains in the vinegar . To the wasps do not fly into the windows and doors, moisten the curtains with vinegar.
  3. Crusts melons . They need to be sprinkled with an insecticide and placed on a compost pile or near a garbage can. This folk remedy against wasps has shown its effectiveness repeatedly.
  4. Boiling water . If you find a nest in the ground, fill it with hot boiling water with a large and constant jet. After that, plentifully fill the place with earth and tamp well.

Folk remedies - what are the wasps afraid of?

As an alternative to chemical agents for controlling insects that can be poisoned by themselves, there are several options for how to get rid of the traditional means.

For example, it is possible to prepare such a chattle for spraying the nests: 5 g of the actinic and 5 g of cypermethrin are dissolved in a liter of water. Processing this solution can be both nests of wasps, and the places of their frequent visits. You can pour a piece of soil, where they constantly flock.

Another remedy is a herb called garmala (isryk, ardaspan). A bunch of it must be set on fire, a light aromatic and tart smoke will appear. For humans, it is harmless, but the wasps are extremely afraid of it, because it kills them.

Quite an old and effective method: shove in a hornet's nest bundle of any cellulose object, tightly wrapped in several layers of foil. Without oxygen, cellulose and foil will begin to smolder and oxidize, releasing toxic and corrosive smoke. He will destroy insects or, at least, force them to look for a new home.
