Table with own hands

A small table in the living room always represents harmony and coziness.

Its design is quite simple - a table top and supporting legs or bases. The table can contain more shelves and boxes, but it is more difficult to make them. Materials for furniture are selected depending on the model and financial possibilities. Most often, wood variants are used - a furniture board, veneered MDF , a laminated board, plywood. The tree array is the most expensive model.

Consider the simplest design, made of floor laminate. Make a table of your own hands is easy, but in the interior it always comes in handy. Such material has a variety of color variations, does not require additional painting and processing - it is fully ready for use, wear-resistant and durable.

How to make a table yourself?

For work you will need:

• laminate floor;
• PVA glue;
• milling cutter;
• glue liquid nails;
• saw.

1. From the laminate and glue panels, a board for the countertop is assembled. They are cut to an approximate size, glued and fixed with clamps for drying.
2. From the resulting shield is cut a square with a saw.
3. The inner edge of all structural details is cut with a milling cutter at 45 degrees. Due to the obtained bevel, they will be evenly glued together.
4. The parts for the legs are cut. They are glued together with a corner, fixed with clamps.
5. The groove is cut with the notches on the legs and sidewalls for the future connection.
6. Similarly, the sides are glued to the table top.
7. To strengthen the table along the inner perimeter of the table top, the slats are cut off. Cut one into one to make a lattice. The part of the frame is glued together and the whole structure is glued to the liquid nails to the bottom of the table top.
8. The legs are glued to the glue. In the grooves are inserted prepared round parts from plywood for stiffening.
9. Cutting the cover plates with bevels. Stick to the box.
10. Internal parts of the legs are prepared. They are glued to the table legs.
11. The stubs are fixed to the feet.
12. The table is ready for use.
