Durian

This disgusting dish, which is considered a delicacy by the Nenets, Khanty and Eskimos, can be deadly for an unprepared person. Prepare it from walrus, seal, deer, duck or even whale. The most common way of preparing this delicacy is as follows: the animal is killed and cooled, then placed in the skin, air is released from it and left in the ground or in the marsh for several months; then the foul meat is excavated and served on the table. It is cut into thin slices, rolled into tubes and eaten, dipped in salt.
Need I say that the smell of this dish is simply disgusting, and the concentration of corpse venom in it is so high that a person who does not eat kopalhenom from childhood can get the strongest poisoning and die.
Century Eggs
Appetizer is very popular in China. Duck or chicken eggs are coated with a special mixture, and then buried in the ground. A few months later the delicacy is ready for use. The egg whites acquire a dark brown hue, and the yolk becomes gray or black and emits a strong smell of ammonia.
