If you are invited to a christening or to a "tooth" for a newborn, you will have a problem beforehand which is to give your baby, so that it is beautiful, original and useful. We offer our own hands to make a bicycle from diapers with a toy sitting on it: elephant, bear cub, rabbit, tiger cub, etc. You can give preference to the design of the traditionally accepted colors - pink when making a gift for a girl or blue - when preparing a presentation for a boy. All the items that make up the product, no doubt, can find practical application, it will be necessary either to the baby or his mother.
In our case, the gift is intended for a male baby, so we chose blue-green shades for it and bought a toy - a soft cute monkey.
A simple master class on making a bicycle or a motorcycle from diapers
You will need:
- diapers - 1 pack (about 45 pieces);
- diapers - 2 pieces;
- mittens for crumbs or terry socks - 1 pair;
- bibs - 2 pieces;
- a bottle for a newborn - 1 pc;
- stationery gum - for fixing the wheels;
- pins;
- a toy, in our case a pretty monkey.
How to make a bicycle from diapers?
- We start making wheels. To do this, we take a third of the diapers (15 pieces), lay them on the table overlapping in a row, and begin to roll the roll, grabbing the diapers one at a time. Here, of course, you will need skill and, perhaps, help from a friend. The main thing is to be able to put on the rubber band at the end to fix the wheel. In some master classes, they suggest using a saucepan, where to put diapers in a circle, but this option is also not entirely convenient.
- Carefully tuck in all the protruding parts, we check that the diapers were laid out exactly and in the center there was an opening through which we will fasten the wheels to each other. We also master 2 more wheels. It is not necessary to make all 3 wheels the same, the front one can be more or less than 2 rear wheels, if desired.
- Put the 3 wheels as they will be.
- We take 1 diaper and carefully fold it into a roll. At the end, you can attach it with a safety pin.
- Next, we need to fix the 3 wheels. We pass the diaper through the rear wheels, and then gently through the front. The ends of the diaper need to be fastened with a pin, so that the structure is fairly strong.
- Let's drive. For this we roll the second diaper into a roll.
- We pass the roll through the front wheel and bend the ends up. We put a bottle on the wheel (it will simulate the headlight) and fix the ends of the diaper with a ribbon or elastic (the knot will be ugly).
- Let's do the decor. On the rear 2 wheels we put a bib to get a bicycle seat. And the second bib is neatly placed over the front wheel (you get an anti-grinder). At the ends of a diaper we pull mittens or socks - these are the bike handles.
- Voilà! Our bike is ready! We sit on him our bicyclist-monkey and go to congratulate the baby!
