In the year, many holidays and, of course, I want to congratulate relatives and friends. A postcard is not an obligatory attribute, but it is capable of becoming a touch that will make your gift harmonious. Men's postcards are especially difficult, because men do not have sentimentality, but even the most severe representative of the stronger sex will not be able to resist a postcard made for him personally.
Men's postcard scrapbooking - master class
Necessary tools and materials:
- colored cardboard;
- scrapbooking paper;
- watercolor paper;
- a picture or an inscription;
- sewing machine;
- Scissors, ruler, stationery knife;
- glue "moment crystal", double-sided adhesive tape;
- pencils;
- twine, brads, army star.
I stopped at an army topic (there are a lot of "tankers" now;), so I stood this style.
Performance:
- Using a ruler and a clerical knife, we cut the cardboard and paper onto the parts of the desired size.
- From several details we glue together two identical squares of 13.5x13.5 cm, which will become the "face" of the postcard.
- After gluing the string on, the base is fixed on top of the paper.
- And then we are stitching.
- Next, we paste the pictures and the inscription on the substrate (I, as pictures, chose the imitation of the stamps that were on the main sheet of paper) and step by step.
- Now we fix on the cover an army star (on the reverse side there are "antennae") - it will serve not only as an ornament, but also as a holder.
- Let's make two tags out of small rectangles - one will serve as a background, and the second one can be used for congratulations (we'll tint it with a pencil beforehand) and paste it to one of the inner sheets.
- After we sew all the details.
- We decorate the inside of the postcard and get a postcard that will impress any man.
