Characteristics of personality

In modern society, the role of the individual, as a separate factor directly influencing the development of the entire society as a whole, has immeasurably increased. And it does not matter whether it is a micro- or macro-social structure. And that is why in many cases there is a need to give a clear description of a person's personality in order to ensure comfortable coexistence and harmonious interaction of people in different social groups, for example, in a professional team.

Create Harmony

Agree, it is difficult to create a normal working atmosphere if there are constant conflicts between employees due to the fact that some of them, because of their selfishness and overestimated self-esteem, simply can not make compromises. These qualities, which include the emotional characteristics of a person's personality, such as quick temper or, on the contrary, sentimentality and inability to defend one's point of view, must be taken into account by the employer when employing a staff member.

Two sides of the same coin

No less important is the fact that a person already in his childhood shapes himself as a person, under the influence of numerous external factors that can be either favorable or not. In the latter case, an increased resistance to destructive blows is usually developed, and the individual develops into a strong personality, capable of quickly making right decisions a personality, often possessing leadership qualities. In such people it is very easy to determine all the motivational characteristics of the personality, conditioned by the instinct of survival and adaptation in an unfavorable environment.

Although, like any medal, there are two sides. Being exposed to the influence of negative external influences, for example, ridicule and lack of respect from peers, the child can completely "go into introvert", shut up in himself and withdraw it later from this state is extremely difficult, because these children are quickly developing a low self-esteem .

So different

In spite of the fact that the whole society lives according to uniform, established rules, the individual characteristics of the personalities of its members are unquestionably one of the main components of the vector of its development. Each person has a certain set of abilities and qualities with one or another degree of manifestation and as there are no two identical snowflakes in the form of a single and harmonious snow cover at the first sight, there are also no two people in nature who possess the absolutely identical characteristics of personality qualities. These include various degrees of responsibility, sincerity, decency, discipline, etc.

In various variations of combinations of positive and negative features of the individual, a single picture of what a person is is born. There is a clear understanding of the causes of his behavior and it becomes possible even further predicting its interaction with the environment and responding to certain circumstances, and also in certain cases, a sufficiently accurate characterization of the personality's abilities that determine the future direction of its development can be given.

In general, it must be remembered that despite all their uniqueness, each of us is part of a single organism that has a permanent impact on us, influencing the decision making and practically on all the steps that we take in this life and the ability of individual members society harmoniously coexist with their "fellow tribesmen" is the key to the successful development of any healthy society.
