Preparation

To cook chicken with mushrooms baked under a fur coat, potatoes are thoroughly washed and boiled in a "uniform", in salted water. Then the vegetable is cooled, cleaned and rubbed on a large grater in a deep bowl. Chicken breast rinse, dry, cut into small cubes and fry in a frying pan with preheated oil, to a ruddy color.

In another frying pan, crush the chopped onion, and then add the mushrooms, sliced. After 10 minutes, pour flour to the vegetables, mix and, without stopping, pour in the fat cream and milk. Season the dish with spices and cook for 10 minutes. Next, pour the prepared sauce into a fireproof form, sprinkle with grated potatoes and cheese, ground on a small grater. Oven preheat to a temperature of 180 degrees and bake our dish for 30 minutes, until a crispy and beautiful crust.
