Pineapple with a fork or press for potatoes. Turn it into a puree is not necessary, but if you want you can use a blender. Mix together the dried fruits, pieces of pineapple, water and brandy. Put mixture on the fire, add pieces of oil and bring the liquid to a boil. After, cool the ingredients and add whipped eggs to them.

The remaining ingredients are passed through a sieve and added to the fruit. Distribute the dough in a parchment-covered form and leave the Christmas cake with dried fruits for an hour and a half at 160 degrees.

German Christmas muffin cake - recipe

For those who want to practice their culinary skills, we suggest to take up the German version of Christmas baking - galleries. This cake is prepared on a yeast dough, flavored with additives like dried fruits, candied fruits and marzipan.

Next is the usual for yeast dough operation: 10-minute kneading and proofing before doubling in size. At this time, warm up the orange juice and mix it with rum. Pour the mixture of cranberries with dried fruits and leave to swell until the dough is suitable. After, drain the leftovers, and the fruit, along with the cut marzipan, mix in the dough. Divide the dough by three times, roll each piece into the sausage and weave it with a scythe. Give the cake to come back again, and then send it to the oven for 40 minutes at 190 degrees.

After mixing the dough for 10 minutes, add the nuts and dried fruits, and then leave to rise for 4 hours. Distribute the dough into the shapes for the cakes, filling them in half, and then let the panettone come up again for 2-3 hours. Bake for 1 hour at 190 degrees.
