Dishes from sorrel

First we make a stuffing: my sorrel, cut off the stems and dry it on a paper towel. Then sorrel small chopped. It should be taken more, as in the process of cooking sorrel will decrease in volume. Then add the sugar and stir. For the test, melt the margarine. In a deep container, break the eggs, add sugar and rub. Pour kefir, melted margarine and mix. Constantly stirring, pour all the flour, put the soda and thoroughly mix. In the greased form, place half the dough, top put the filling and fill the remaining dough. Bake the cake until cooked at a moderate temperature.

In pre-sifted wheat flour, add kefir, soda, add some salt, sugar and pour in the oil. We knead the dough to make it soft and knead it easily. After that, cover it with a film and leave it for half an hour at room temperature. My sorrel, we dry it. Cut the stems. Sorrel shredded straws and sprinkle it with sugar. We rub the table with flour, place the dough, form sausage from it and cut it into small identical pieces. Each of them is rolled into circles with a thickness of about 3 mm. In the center of each of them we put stuffing. The edges of the pie are joined. In a frying pan warm up properly the vegetable oil, we lower the billets into it. Fry until redness, then carefully turn over to the second side and bring to readiness. Pies are placed on paper napkins to eliminate excess fat.

Soup with sorrel and meat

First we prepare the broth. Put the whole leg into a pot of water and let the liquid boil. Penka, which was formed, we remove and make heating less. Add whole, but, naturally, peeled carrots and onions. Cook for about an hour with a small boil. For 15 minutes before the meat is ready broth is poured, put the desired spices. From the finished broth we remove the onions with carrots and spices. We take out the chicken from the broth, separate the meat from the bones and cut it. Broth filter. We sort through the sorrel, wash it, cut the stems and cut the leaves into large pieces. Peeled potatoes are cut into cubes. Grind the peeled onions. Grind with a large grater carrots. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, send vegetables there, lightly add salt and pass for about 3 minutes. Bring the broth to a boil, send potatoes there and cook for a quarter of an hour. Then we put fried vegetables, mix and cook for about 5 minutes. Now lay the sorrel, stir and cook another 2 minutes. At the end, put the chicken meat and stir. Salting to taste, pepper, cover and let us brew for about a quarter of an hour. When serving in a bowl, put half the boiled egg and sour cream.

Cocktail with sorrel
