Recipe for marmalade at home with gelatin

In the framework of the first recipe, we will prepare standard jelly candies with the taste of lemon in a sugar dump. If desired, you can modify the presented recipe at your own discretion by making a berry or fruit marmalade.

Gelatine poured into a container with 80 ml of water and set aside. Mix the sugar with the remaining water and cook the syrup which temperature will be equal to 130 degrees (the stage of a dense ball). Mix the packaged lemon jelly and the gelatin solution together with the syrup, add the lemon juice and the zest. When all the ingredients are completely dissolved, pour the mixture into a foil-covered and oiled form, and then leave until completely solidified. Cut the sweets and sprinkle them with sugar.

Mix the water with soda and pectin. In a separate container, combine the syrup with the sugar. Put both mixtures on the fire and cook for about 4 minutes, then mix and keep on the fire for another minute. Add zest, oil and dye, pour into a greased form and let it freeze. After solidification, the pieces of the ready marmalade should be rolled in sugar.

Pry the strawberries together with water and sugar in a blender. If you want to get a homogeneous marmalade, then pass the mixture through a sieve. Next, leave the base of marmalade cook until boiling, add agar-agar, mix and keep on the fire for another two minutes. The final touch is the lemon juice, after which you can pour the marmalade on the molds and leave it to freeze.
