The use of fitball-gymnastics in kindergarten
Balls - this is a kind of multifunctional simulator. Exercises with them have a unique effect on the body crumbs. In addition, this sports equipment is of interest to children, attracts their attention.
Fitball-gymnastics for preschoolers is able to show the following results, subject to systematic training:

Then you should start the gymnastics. An approximate construction of the lesson can be as follows.
- Moving exercises:
- walk with the ball raised in the hands;
- gallop to the sides;
- beat the fitball on the floor;
- roll the ball around different objects with a "snake".
- sitting on the ball to make inclines in different directions, to do the movements of the hands;
- lie on your back on the floor, and throw your feet on the projectile, knock on it with the heels of each foot in turn;
- try to crawl on your back with a fitball in your hands;
- crawl on my stomach, clutching the shell between my legs.
This scheme is suitable for preschool children from the age of 4.
