In fact, if the child does not have any appetite at all, then it is possible and necessary to do something, although many mothers after fruitless attempts to shove a spoon at their child soon give up.
Possible reasons for the child's lack of appetite
Immediately reject all kinds of diseases, against which the baby can naturally lose the appetite, and turn to the most probable and often encountered problems:
- Incorrect diet, when except for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner, the child has a lot of snacks, literally every hour, then, of course, he just does not have time to get hungry properly, and therefore unwillingly carries a spoon on the plate.
- Too many sweets and other goodies, elementary interrupt the appetite, that is, there is no true decrease, because the baby for both cheeks tastes delicious, but not useful products.
- Forced feeding causes disgust to almost any food and mother instead of a well-fed child gets problems with his nervous system and disease;
- A sedentary lifestyle, when the child is calm from nature, and moreover, the regime of the day does not include minimal physical activity, leads to a decrease in appetite.
What if the child does not have any appetite at all?
If parents do not want to be responsible for the fact that their child does not eat well, then the whole family must redraw their lives in a new way. Of course, it is not easy to do this, but, as you know, it's enough to hold out for 21 days to fix the right habit. So, what needs to be changed:
- urgently cancel all snacks and leave only three full meals, - no yogurts and bananas outside the plan;
- completely remove from the diet all sweets (sweets, chocolate, ice cream), muffins and cookies, chips and other food garbage;
- if the child flatly refuses to eat, leave it hungry, but let's drink regularly - human nature will sooner or later prevail;
- get involved in the whole family sports, physical education. Buy bicycles and rollers, sign in to the pool. The more traffic and outdoor walks, the more a child needs calories from food.
