Unusual hearts from cloth

1. Now consider a more complex, but very interesting option, how to sew a heart with your own hands. We use the technique of weaving of fabric tapes. You will need a combination of materials, zigzag scissors, double-sided glutinous fleece, felt, thread, ribbon, ruler.
2. We begin by dividing the fabric in parallel lines at a distance of 1-1.5 cm from each other. Now we cut the strips with zigzag scissors. It will be interesting to look strips of different fabrics, intersecting in color.
3. We take a piece of felt and a corresponding fragment of a two-sided glutinous fleece. Spread out horizontally strips of tissue. The heated iron is held along one edge, but do not glue the strips with felt more than 1-1,5 cm. Now the strips are bent in one direction in the opposite direction.
4. We lay vertically a new strip of fabric and change the bent strips in places - those that were on the left, go to the right, and those that were on the right are sent to the left. Due to such manipulations, weaving is obtained.
5. When this way the woven piece was made of strips, iron it thoroughly with an iron. We turn on the wrong side and using a pattern draw on the felt hearts.
6. Now, for the same pattern, we cut the hearts out of the main fabric, and we also connect them with woven hearts using a double-sided nonwoven or adhesive mesh. Between the parts, you can insert a ribbon, if you plan to decorate such hearts with a house, you can simply sew the ropes or stick pins to decorate the hearts with clothes.
