Before applying the shadows you need to properly moisturize the eyelid - specifically for this, a base (base) is created. It can be a cream or powder. It is important to choose a shade, combined with the tone of the skin (by analogy with powder or foundation cream). The base is applied to the cleansed and moistened skin of the eyelids with one layer and distributed evenly from the cilia to the eyebrows. In daylight, their brightness is visually enhanced, so the intensity must be deliberately reduced (superimpose a thinner layer).
