Wooden stool - a thing in the household is simply irreplaceable. It is certainly present in every home. To make a stool from a tree with your own hands is quite easy if you have at least a small skill in working with wood and "be friends" with the basic building tools.

Sequence of work
First we need to cut off the legs precisely. Adjust the saw for cutting at an angle and bevel at 5 °. Cut off from the bar 2x2 four identical legs.
For the spacers we take a block with a section of 1x2 and cut them out in the right size. First we put the legs on a flat surface, we combine the inner corners of the legs up and inward and outline the places of fastening of the struts. Drill blind holes and connect the spacers and legs with screws and glue.
Now we need to attach the side struts. We are already working with the 3D-base of the stool. Again, we plan and drill blind holes in the legs, fasten the spacers to the glue and screws.
On the board intended for sitting, we mark position of legs and we drill preliminary apertures, we join legs on glue and screws.
To hide all the screws and create the appearance of the through passage of the spacers, you can make and paste decorative ends.

After grinding and varnishing of the stool, you can proceed to its finishing with a soft material. After the upholstery, it becomes like a banquet. On such a stool it is very comfortable and soft to sit.
