It is better to use condensed milk, cooked in compliance with GOST. Condensed milk must first boil directly in a jar, otherwise it will spread. Condensed milk in a pan with water for 2 hours. In parallel, we prepare the dough.

First opara: two tablespoons of sifted flour mixed with warmed milk, add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of sugar and yeast. Mix and place in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.

In a bowl, grind the remaining sugar with egg, vanilla and softened butter. The prepared mixture is combined with the mixture and mixed. Add salt. Gradually sift and mix the sifted flour.

We mix the dough well and put it in the heat for 30-40 minutes, after which we knead and stir with our hands, then repeat the cycle twice. We divide the dough into ten to fifteen pieces. We roll them into scones.

Condensed milk is mixed with ground nuts. Put a small portion of the filling into the center of each cake with a spoon. We connect the edges of the dough. We put it on a baking tray. Bake buns in the oven to a beautiful ruddy shade and a pleasant mouth-watering aroma. Caloric content of buns with condensed milk is high enough, therefore it is not necessary to take a great interest.
