Scrapbooking envelope for the disk

Necessary tools and materials:

Progress:

  1. As the basis for envelopes, I decided to make watercolor backgrounds, so first of all we will prepare them - first we will moisten the paper with water, and then cover with paint. For additional effect and combination with scrap paper you can mix several colors.
  2. Then cut the paper into the parts of the desired size. Here and further I will show the creation of one envelope, but the whole series is consistent, so the procedure is the same.
  3. Biguem (press through the folds) watercolor paper and cut the extra. For creasing, you can use not only a special wand, but also a variety of improvised items - a teaspoon, a plastic card or a pen that does not write.
  4. We glue three squares (from the largest to the smaller), as well as one of the envelopes glued to the base.
  5. Stitch middle and small squares of paper.
  6. And just as soon we sew the paper to one side of the base.
  7. Now we decorate our envelopes:

    1. We will paste the image on the substrate (also part of the previously prepared watercolor background) and fix the tape to the waves on the back of the picture.
    2. After that, we'll sew the picture to the paper (also add the brads, buttons or other ornaments) and then the finished composition is sewn onto the watercolor base.
    3. The last step is to glue the envelope and stitch it on three sides for greater reliability.

Changing the color and picture can make envelopes for a variety of photos, while withstood a single style and giving the family archive even more charm.
