Causes of ovarian depletion
The main causes of this symptom are hereditary predisposition or chromosomal abnormalities:
- late menstruation;
- oligomenorrhoea and early maternal menopause in women;
- some autoimmune diseases;
- damage or deviation in the work of hypothalamic centers of the brain;
- complications of the field of rubella, streptococcal infection or mumps;
- malnutrition, frequent beriberi and stress, starvation;
- damage to the follicular apparatus in the womb (due to an incorrect way of life of the mother and bad habits);
- myomectomy, endometrioid cyst, ectopic pregnancy or surgical interventions.
Treatment of ovarian depletion syndrome
Treatment of premature ovarian depletion is, first of all, in the correction of urogenital and vascular damage. This disease is characterized by a disruption in the production of the necessary amount of hormones, therefore hormonal therapy is used primarily under the strict supervision of a doctor. At selection of hormonal preparations the doctor leans against parameters of analyzes and age of the patient. At the same time, the complex uses vitamin therapy, sedatives and physiotherapy. Also, the attending physician can add non-hormonal drugs with phytoestrogens: Altera plus, Remens, Climadion, etc.
It is recommended to treat before the age at which natural menopause should fade.
