This time, in another pan, we pass a finely chopped onion and then add it to the rabbit's pieces. Now pour boiled water, sour cream and mix. Stew on low heat until ready for about 45 minutes. How to cook a rabbit with sauce? We take a frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil and put on a weak fire to warm up. The rabbit carcass is processed and cut into small pieces. Separately, we prepare a marinade for meat in the piano: for this we mix olive oil, salt, spices and juice from the squeezed lime. The resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed and coated with it all the pieces. Now take the form for baking, pour a little oil and spread the pickled meat. We put in the oven and bake for 30 minutes. This time we are preparing sour-garlic sauce. Mix in a bowl of salt, olive oil, sour cream, garlic, greens and whisk all with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
