Boil the pasta . In a frying pan, a little olive oil (a tablespoon is enough) and cook on it chunks of chicken for about five minutes. Cover the chicken with foil and leave to stand for another 5 minutes, after which we thinly cut.

The remaining oil is used for roasting onion. Once the onion is golden, add the tomatoes and rubbed with a pinch of salt into the garlic paste. After a minute, pour the cream into the frying pan and boil the sauce until thick. Pour sauce slightly cooled paste, add chicken pieces and fresh rukola, carefully mix and serve the dish to the table.
