Description of the observation deck
The tower of Malacca was opened in 2008, on April 18, by order of the Chief Minister of Fashion Ali Rustam. The structure is made in the form of a mythical weapon pierced into the ground, which belonged to the legendary Malay warrior named Hang Tuaha.
The construction was built using the advanced technology of Switzerland, so the tower was strong enough to withstand a 10-point earthquake on the Richter scale. The total height of the structure is 110 m, and the observation platform, made in the form of a sword handle, is located at the 80-meter level.
For a better panoramic view it was made of glass. The built-in mechanism allows the structure to make a complete revolution around its axis by 360 °. The most popular time of day for a visit is sunset.

How to get there?
The tower of Malacca is located on the Jalan Merdeka square in the popular Banda Hiliir district. It towers over many buildings in the city, so it is easy to find, just moving in this direction.
From the city center to the sights you can walk along the streets of Jalan Pm 1 and Jalan Panglima Awang. The distance is about one kilometer.
