Rolls of courgettes with chicken

We will not repeat and talk about all the virtues of a vegetable called zucchini. And about the dietary and nutritional properties of the chicken, you also probably know. But many wonderful dishes that you can cook using these two components, and remain you have not been tried. We are going to partially correct the situation and tell you today how to cook one of these dishes. Among the others, among others, there are zucchini rolls and chicken fillet baked in the oven. Their preparation does not require much effort and will not take much time, and the result will exceed all expectations. The washed and dried fillet of chicken breast is cut into thin strips, covered with food film and beaten with a kitchen hammer. Then season with salt, freshly ground pepper, passed through the garlic press, put it in a bowl and let it marinate for thirty to forty minutes.

Thoroughly wash the young zucchini, dry with a paper towel or napkins and cut into plates, about three to five millimeters thick. We grease them on all sides with vegetable oil, season with salt, ground pepper and lay on a greased baking sheet. We keep them in a heated to 180 degrees oven for seven to ten minutes. During this time zucchini slightly brown, become soft and supple for twisting.

Now for each plate of vegetable marrow we put one chopped and marinated slice of chicken fillet, top with seasoned paprika, tomato sauce or ketchup and sprinkled with grated cheese.

We form rolls and fasten them, strung each on a toothpick, or three or four pieces at once on one wooden skewer for shish kebabs. We put them on a greased baking sheet and cook in the oven, heated to 180 degrees for thirty minutes.

Finished rolls of courgettes with chicken are served on a dish decorated with lettuce leaves and twigs of greenery.
