In a bowl, mix sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. At the center of the mixture of dry ingredients, make a "well" in which we pour milk, oil, drive in the egg yolks and add the vanilla extract. Beat the contents of the bowl with a blender for 3-4 minutes.

In another container, whisk egg whites until soft peaks. The air mass is gently mixed into the dough. Fill the finished dough into a mold and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.

To prepare the cream, we need to bring the milk with the vanilla extract to a boil, then set it aside and allow it to cool down for 10-15 minutes.

In the bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar. Add the starch and mix again. Constantly stirring the yolk mass, in portions, pour in the milk. Return the mixture for our cream on the stove and cook until thickened on low heat. To the hot cream we add butter. Cover the cream with a food film so that it fits snugly against the surface of the mixture itself (otherwise a weathered shell forms), let the cream cool for 2 hours.

For the glaze chocolate is broken into pieces and mixed with milk, let it melt in the bath.

In the form we stack our crackers so that there are no gaps between them, now we distribute a third of the pudding over the cracker layer and lay the next layer of crackers. We repeat the same procedure again, only using glaze instead of pudding. So we pack our Boston cake until all the crackers are finished.
