Is maternity capital at the birth of twins?

To receive this payment, it is necessary that the following conditions are met at the same time:

1. The child was born in the specified period of time.
2. The family already has at least one baby.
3. The newborn has the citizenship of the Russian Federation.
4. At least one of the parents is a citizen of Russia.
5. Previously, neither Mom nor Dad received such benefits.

Thus, the time when the first baby was born, and also how many children are already in the family, does not affect your right to this payment. Consequently, maternal capital is given for twins, and regardless of whether the first birth occurred in women or the latter.
