  1. Close your eyes, squeeze your eyelids tightly, for 5-8 seconds, then open your eyes wide and try not to blink for about 10 seconds.
  2. To lead eyeballs to the right and left several times.
  3. Make vertical movements of the eyes, namely - up and down for 6-8 seconds.
  4. Rotate the eyeballs in the direction of the second hand 5 seconds, and then - vice versa, also 5 seconds.
  5. Look down at the bottom right and move it to the upper left corner. The same is done for the opposite side. Repeat several times.
  6. Straighten your index finger or take a pencil in your hand. Pull it out in front of you, then slowly approach the nose, focusing on the tip of your finger or pencil. Bring the subject to the bridge of the nose, hold it there for 5-6 seconds.
  7. Carefully to look into the distance, you can focus on some subject (2-3 seconds). Sharply put the pencil in front of the eyes at a distance of fully extended arm (about 30 cm), focus on it, watch 4-5 seconds. Again look into the distance. Repeat 12 times.
  8. Cut from a sticky bright paper circle with a diameter of 3 to 5 mm, attach it to the window glass at eye level. To translate a sight from a paper label on objects behind a window and back, to repeat 11-12 times.
  9. Slowly draw the eyeballs figure 8, repeat at least 6 times.
  10. Do the same exercise as in step 1.
  11. Pull out your hand in front of you (at eye level), bend your thumb up. Focus on its tip. Slowly withdraw your hand, without bending it, to the left, continuing to follow the eyes with your finger. The same is done for the other side. Repeat 5-7 times.
  12. Cover your eyelids, relax. The forefingers of both hands should be placed on the outer side of the eye, it is easy to massage.
  13. Without lifting the eyelids, make rotational movements of the eyeballs first in one, then in the other direction.
