How to use hydrogen peroxide for teeth whitening?
The simplest and easiest way to make the enamel lighter is by rinsing the teeth with hydrogen peroxide. It is carried out in three stages:
- Thorough cleaning of teeth with a paste with a high content of fluoride.
- Rinse the mouth with a solution of peroxide and water (1: 1) for 1 minute.
- Rinsing your teeth with warm water.
After completing this procedure, it is strictly forbidden to drink any drinks or food for 30 minutes.
