Yeast dough for pancakes on milk and without eggs

In the last two cases, yeast will either perish from boiling water or will not work in the cold. So, in the milk, add all the loose ingredients except the flour, mix it to dissolve the sugar and leave for 10 minutes. Then gradually pour the sifted flour in advance and mix.
