  1. The main part of the museum's collection is on the first floor of the building. It is divided into 24 exhibition halls. Here are the works of painters, from the Middle Ages to the twentieth century. There is also a library dedicated to the history of museum art.
  2. In the halls located on the second floor , works by local artists of the twentieth century are presented, among which special attention should be paid to the works of such masters as A. Bernie, Ernesto de la Karkova, E. Sivori, A. Guttero, R. Forner, H. Solar and many others.
  3. The third floor of the building is represented by 2 expositions assembled in 1984, as well as photographic works by contemporary artists and sculptors, exhibits from private collections. The technical and administrative premises of the museum are located here.
  4. An important feature of the National Museum of Fine Arts of Buenos Aires is the maintenance of its own workshop, which, if necessary, restores and preserves the works stored in the museum.

The National Museum of Fine Arts is located at Avenida Del Libertador 1473. It can be reached by buses Nos. 67A, 67B, 130A, 130B, 130C, 130D to the Avenida del Libertador stop 1459-1499 or by buses to Avenida Presidente Figueroa Alcorta 2201-2299 .
