In the winter, though, the shops are full of fresh fruits and vegetables, but their quality leaves much to be desired. In order not to deny yourself a salad in the cold season, we suggest you to prepare a winter salad with red beans.
Recipe for salad from red canned beans
Ingredients:
- red beans - 1 pot;
- red bell pepper - 1 piece;
- celery - 1 stem;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- parsley - 1 handful;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
With red beans, drain excess fluid. We chop the red onion into thin rings and dip it with boiling water to get rid of the bitterness. Celery and Bulgarian pepper are cut into small cubes. We prepare the dressing from a mixture of butter, lemon juice (you can add a little zest), salt, pepper and chopped greens. Mix all the prepared ingredients with beans and season with the prepared sauce. We serve to the table immediately after preparation.
Recipe for salad from red beans with rusk and eggs
Ingredients:
- canned beans - 1 pot;
- ham - 150 g;
- eggs - 2-3 pcs .;
- mayonnaise - for refueling;
- garlic - 1 denticle;
- greens - to taste;
- pickled cucumbers - 2 pcs .;
- crackers.
Preparation
From the beans drain the liquid. We cut the ham into cubes. Eggs boil hard boiled and crushed. Garlic and greens finely chopped and mixed with mayonnaise. Marinated cucumbers cut into cubes. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl, fill and leave in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes. Finished salad before serving sprinkle with croutons and greens.
Spicy salad of red beans with rice
Ingredients:
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- dried chili - to taste;
- cumin - 1 teaspoon;
- salt - 1/4 tsp.
- Dried garlic - 1/8 tsp.
- black ground pepper - 1/8 tsp;
- Boiled rice Basmati - 2 items;
- canned beans - 1 pot;
- tomato - 1 piece;
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- parsley - 1 handful.
Preparation
In a small jar we mix lemon juice, butter, dried chili, cumin, pepper, salt and dried garlic. Cover the jar with food film and shake the contents well.
In a large bowl, mix the diced tomatoes and peppers, boiled rice, beans, thin onion rings and chopped parsley. Pour the salad dressing and let stand for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving. This salad is served with pieces of pita and guacamole sauce .
