Bring water or broth to a boil and add pre-peeled and diced potatoes. In a frying pan fry large chopped mushrooms with onions.

In the pan with potatoes, add the fried mushrooms, salt, add the spices to taste and cook on low heat for 5 minutes. We stir and accurately enter cream and crushed greenery into the soup: you can add dill, parsley, basil. Cook for a few more minutes, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
