Onions are cleaned, shredded with small cubes and we pass in a frying pan with vegetable refined oil until red. Sausage is cut into slices of the desired shape and size, mixed with pre-cooked in salted water pasta, add the fried onion, mix and define into an oiled baking dish.

We beat the eggs until a lush mass is obtained, pour in the milk, flavor it with salt and ground black pepper and beat again. Fill the resulting mixture with macaroni mass in the form.

We cut the previously washed and dried tomatoes with rings and distribute them on the surface of the casserole. We rub out the cheese through the grater and determine in the oven preheated to 195 degrees. In twenty minutes the casserole will be ready. If, after the time has elapsed, the top of the dish is not sufficiently browned, you can hold it in the oven for another five minutes.

We cook the pasta until it is ready and we throw it back to the colander. Do not forget to pre-salt water.

In the meantime, we clean and shred fine onion and garlic, put it into a large frying pan heated with olive oil and stand, stirring, until transparent. Then add washed and diced eggplant and zucchini, peeled and cut into straws of celery and again fry until browned, if necessary adding oil. Now we throw pre-peeled and finely chopped tomatoes, pour the red dry wine, season the mass with salt, ground pepper and nutmeg, mix and let in under the lid until soft. In the end, add finely chopped greens and mix.

When ready, mix the pasta with vegetables, put it in oiled form, rub it with grated hard cheese and determine in preheated to 200 degrees oven for about twenty minutes or until the desired degree of browning.

Initially, boil the pasta until ready, acting according to the recommendations on the package, throw it back in a colander, let it cool down a bit, and mix it with the cottage cheese. We spread the resulting mixture into a pre-oiled form.

Eggs are broken with the addition of granulated sugar and a pinch of salt in a lush mass, we lay sour cream and whisk again. You can optionally add a little vanilla or vanilla sugar. Pour the resulting mass of pasta with cottage cheese in the form and determine the dish in a preheated to 195 degrees oven for about twenty-five to thirty minutes or until the desired browning.
