Today, we suggest stopping your attention on the samsa cooked with pumpkin, and therefore consider the best recipes prepared by us. After all, this wonderful pie has conquered almost the whole world! And we assure you you will not find a person who will tell you that it is not tasty.
Samsa with a pumpkin in Uzbek style from a puff pastry in the oven
Ingredients:
- table salt - 1.5 tsp;
- water 250 ml;
- chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
- wheat flour - 650 g;
- margarine creamy - 100 g;
- butter - 80 g;
- Peeled pumpkin - 350 g;
- onion (medium) - 3 pcs .;
- lambskin (lamb) fat - 40-50 g;
- aromatic spices (turmeric, zira) - 0.5 teaspoons each.
Preparation
In slightly warm water, drive one chicken egg, add a teaspoon of salt and immediately break everything with a whisk. Gradually pour the sifted wheat flour here, thereby kneading the dough until its dense consistency is obtained. Then roll it into a very thin, large layer, which is spread all over with a soft creamy margarine, roll it into a tube and set it in the cold for an hour.
On small cubes we crush a pumpkin with a knife, we also make a bow with a knife. Slightly larger cut Kurdi (lamb) lard and butter. We connect all the crushed products in a bowl, which is sprinkled with aromatic spices, add half a teaspoon of salt and mix the whole stuffing.
Chilled dough arbitrarily cut into convenient pieces and roll each into a thin cake the size of a little more than the palm of your hand. In the center of the lozenges we distribute the filling and close the edges of the dough, closing them in the form of a triangle. We cover the baking sheet with paper for baking, lay it on the suture with a suture down the samsa. Bake in a warm oven to 185 degrees, greased with the yolk of the second egg of samsa for about 25 minutes.
Samsa with pumpkin and meat
Ingredients:
- ready-made puff pastry - 450 g;
- pulp of lamb - 200 g;
- beef pulp - 200 g;
- fresh peeled pumpkin - 300 g;
- onions - 2 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- sesame - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- pepper, salt - to taste.
Preparation
Flesh of lamb and beef we take the same amount and cut it all into small cubes. In the same way, grind the onion, fresh pumpkin, and then combine them with meat. Individually to taste, we rub salt, pepper, water with vegetable oil and mix everything with a spoon.
We put the prepared dough on the table, roll it out a little with a wooden rolling pin and cut it into large triangles. We distribute the filling of the diced pieces of dough and tear its edges on top, also in the form of triangles, completely covering the filling. Samsu is distributed on an oiled baking sheet, sprinkled with water, sprinkled with sesame and put into an oven heated to 180 degrees. After 35 minutes we take out the prepared samsa from the oven.
