In a saucepan with a thick bottom, you should pour half a glass of pomegranate juice, add sugar, stir and bring to a boil. After that, the fire should be reduced to a minimum and boil the juice with sugar until it is less than half. Periodically, the contents of the pan should be stirred.

- 3 tablespoons of ketchup;
- 1 tablespoon of starch;
- 100 ml of water and orange juice.
Garlic, ginger and onions should be finely chopped and fried in vegetable oil. Soy sauce, sugar, sherry, vinegar, ketchup and fruit juice should be well mixed and poured into a frying pan with garlic, onion and ginger. Continuously stirring, the contents of the pan should be brought to a boil. Starch should be diluted in cold water and poured into a frying pan with a thin trickle. Creamy meat sauce
- 100 grams of fresh cream,
- 1 tablespoon corn flour,
