Often in order to diversify the texture of the salad in it add solid ingredients that will give the dish a pleasant taste. Such ingredients can be simple bread crumbs, sunflower seeds, fried bacon, or nuts. About the latter, or rather, salads with mushrooms based on them, we'll talk in more detail.
Salad with mushrooms and walnuts
Ingredients:
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- red chili pepper - to taste;
- onion - 1/2 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper - 2 pieces;
- mushrooms - 200 g;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salad - 1 bunch;
- Balsamic vinegar - 1-2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt pepper;
- crushed nuts - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- grated "Parmesan".
Preparation
In a frying pan, warm the oil and fry it with chili, garlic and thin onion rings, with cubes of Bulgarian pepper and mushroom plates. Constantly stir and fry all 6-7 minutes until soft. After the time, season the vegetables and mushrooms with pepper and salt. Mix the warm vegetables with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chopped nuts and grated cheese before serving.
Salad with chicken, mushrooms and nuts
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 1 piece;
- pine nuts - half a century;
- olive oil - 1/4 of a century;
- Balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- grain mustard - 3 teaspoons;
- mushrooms - 500 g;
- green onions;
- salad mixture - 150 g;
- bread.
Preparation
Fast fry the pine nuts until browned and put them on a plate. Now pour oil on the frying pan, add mustard and vinegar. Bring the mixture to a light boil and evaporate for 2 minutes, until thick. In a thickened sauce, put the pieces of mushrooms, mix and shuffle them into a bowl.
Chicken fillet boil in salted water, cool and disassemble the fibers.
To the mushrooms we add chicken, nuts and chopped green onions, mix everything and serve over a pillow from a mixture of salads. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. We serve salad with a slice of fried bread.
Salad with chicken, mushrooms, walnuts and cheese
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 200 g;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- potatoes - 1 pc .;
- grated hard cheese - 1/2 tbsp .;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- walnuts - 1 handful;
- Marinated mushrooms (champignons, chanterelles) - 200 g;
- mayonnaise - for refueling;
- vegetable oil;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Chicken fillet boil in salted water until cooked, cool and cut into cubes. Onions and carrots rub on a large grater and fry until soft on vegetable oil. Eggs boil hard. We boil potatoes in uniforms, clean and cut into cubes. Marinated mushrooms cut with thin plates, and cut the nuts with smaller knives using a knife.
Now that all the ingredients have been prepared, it's time to collect the salad. On a flat dish, we begin to lay the ingredients in layers: the first layer is the dressing of carrots and onions, followed by chicken fillets, mushroom plates, chopped nuts. Then repeat the layer of potatoes, eggs and mayonnaise. On top of the last layer, spread the grated cheese. Let's let the salad soak for several hours in the fridge and serve it to the table.
Oriental salad with mushrooms and nuts
Ingredients:
- fresh ginger - 2 tsp.
- garlic - 1 clove;
- pearl barley - 220 g;
- water - 1 l;
- champignons - 200 g;
- green beans - 150 g;
- nuts - 35 g;
- Balsamic vinegar - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- soy sauce - 2 tsp.
- olive oil - 2 tsp.
Preparation
Garlic and ginger fry with pearl barley and pour water. Cook the croup for 30-35 minutes.
In a frying pan fry sliced mushrooms and beans, add pieces of nuts for a couple of minutes until ready. Mix the pearl barley with mushrooms, nuts and vegetables. Season the salad with a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce and butter.
