The combination of chicken and pineapple has long ceased to sound unusual. More and more often a bird, and any meat, we generously season with fruit and berry supplements. Prepare a chicken with pineapples under the power even the most inept mistress, and as a result the dish perfectly diversifies both the daily diet and the festive menu.

From the whole chicken gently we separate the skin from the side of the breast. In the resulting cavity we lay strips of fat bacon so as to cover the entire area of ​​the chicken fillet. This technique will help to protect chicken meat from drying out. The hen itself is smeared on the outside with a mixture of vegetable oil, greens fennel, salt and pepper. When baking, thanks to vegetable oil, the bird will be covered with a delicious golden crust. And, of course, do not forget about the key ingredient - we put pineapple cubes in the chicken cavity, and then fix the hole with a toothpick.

From the potato we make an accordion: for this, whole, unrefined washed tubers are often cut across 2/3, the distance between adjacent incisions should not exceed 0.5 cm. Each of the incisions is filled with a mixture of soft butter with herbs and spices. We lay the potato accordions around the chicken and put the pan in the oven. Chicken with potatoes and pineapples will be baked at 220 degrees 40-45 minutes.

Before you cook a chicken with pineapple, you need to prepare a marinade, the role of which will be served with mustard sauce. So, in the saucepan, cook the syrup from water and sugar, as soon as the syrup starts to bubble, add a teaspoon (without a slide) of starch, remove the sauté pan from the fire and cool it. In the cooled syrup we add mustard and mayonnaise, all whisk with whisk and salt. Chicken thighs are cleaned from the skin and bones, greased with mustard marinade and we send marinated in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.

Meanwhile, three cheese on a large grater, and mushrooms cut into plates and fry until the water evaporates. At the bottom of an oil-baked baking dish, spread chicken thighs, on top of a plate of mushrooms, then, pieces of pineapple and finally, grated cheese. Water, soy sauce, grated ginger and crushed garlic are mixed and gently whisked to uniformity. In the resulting marinade we lay chicken thighs and marinate meat 6-12 hours.

After the time, chicken pieces are dried from the marinade, cut the pineapples into cubes and put everything in a sleeve. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients for the glaze, put the mixture on the fire and keep it until thick (15-20 minutes). The resulting glaze is slightly cooled and poured into the sleeve to the chicken, fixing the ends of the sleeve with special clips and carefully shaking its contents, trying to cover with glaze all the chicken pieces. The chicken is baked in a sleeve with pineapple for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. The finished dish is served with boiled rice. Bon Appetit!
