Salad from greens

Summer time brings with it endless possibilities of making tasty and full vitamins of dishes from fresh vegetables. The latter includes simple salads made of greenery, the basis of which is fresh herbs, which is at hand, supplemented by a variety of additives: eggs, cheese, vegetables.

Salad greens with egg - recipe

In this salad as the basis is the traditional summer greens - lettuce, but you can use a packaged mix or other greens that are available.

Using shredding, thinly cut the radish and cucumber. Grind the green onions and pick the well-washed leaves of lettuce. Mix lettuce with prepared vegetables and spring onions, season with vinegar and sprinkle with oil. Boil a couple of eggs, and after they cool, cut and serve over the salad.

First of all, prepare a simple dressing for a salad of greens, whipping honey with butter and rubbed in a paste of garlic. Season the dressing with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper.

Cut the tomatoes in any convenient way. Divide the red onion into thin semirings. By analogy with onions, cut and sweet peppers. Mix the vegetables with a mix of greens and season with a salad. Sprinkle the prepared dish with seeds.

Salad with greens and cheese
